Calling all juniors and teens who want to learn the ins and outs of decorating! Decorating might be the most fun part of cake making and it’s your chance to really put your personal touch on your dessert. Learn basic cake carving and how to use fondant on this full-packed day. Students will have fun creating a hot noodle pot, they will work on gravity-defying noodles and fondant-made shrimps and vegetables!
They’ll get practice splitting, filling, crumb coating, and icing cakes. We’ll also take your junior through the steps of prepping and working with fondant. We’ll demonstrate the basic techniques for coloring, shaping, and cutting out fondant.
