Class 1: Buttercream Basics
In this class you will learn to make 3 types of buttercream-American, Italian and Korean. You will also learn to use different kinds of tips. We will decorate cupcakes in this class. All materials are included. This is 1 class of a 4 part series (Canvas Cake Academy).
Class 2: Blooming with Buttercream (All about Flowers)
Chef Danielle will guide you on making 3-5 flowers depending on your skill level. Each participant will the decorate 12 cupcakes. This is 2 class of a 4 part series (Canvas Cake Academy).
Class 3: Layered & Loaded!
Layer it, level it, then load it! This class will focus on crafting the perfect layered cake, guiding you through the steps of stacking, filling, and decorating your cake for a professional finished look! We will apply what you have learned in past classes to decorate your masterpiece! This is 3 class of a 4 part series (Canvas Cake Academy).
Class 4: Tier it Up!
Impress at your next party with your two-tier cake stacking skills! This class will give you Chef-recommended steps to mounting and leveling your two-tier cake. See your Canvas Cake Academy skills come together by decorating it utilizing your newly learned skills! This is 4 class of a 4 part series (Canvas Cake Academy).
