If you want to learn all about buttercream from making to decorating, this 4 part series is for you! Or if you just want to brush up on your skills and learn some new design techniques, also this class is for you!!
Week 1- All about Buttercream
Students will learn different kid of icings, American and Italian. You will learn to make it from scratch, color it and apply it!
Week 2- All about flowers
We will go in depth in this class. We are concentrating on 5 different flowers and applying it to cupcakes.
Week 3- Stack and Decorate
You will learn to start a cake correctly, learn different frosting techniques and the decorate according to what you’ve learned in the past classes.
Week 4- Tiered Cake
This is a pro class! we will be mounting a 2-tiered cake and the decorating it according to what you’ve learned in the past.
